Been watching him a little after debut and I love him. I like both the young and old man model but the older one definitely suits him more. This'll be a very unpopular opinion but Kyo's voice may not have fit his model, but I think some aspects of his personality did. He didn't have a cute voice or a shota act going on, but he did have a bit of a bratty personality, him being pouty when he's called short, and him acting tough when he can't fight back very well all suited the model he had. Sorry for taking so long to get back on this and sorry if I come off as being overly pessimistic. This is the first time watching any of the FSP boys and I really enjoyed their stream, their energy and the way they all bounce off each other. It was really reassuring to hear the stuff about making the character your own and not necessarily being locked into a specific "role" or "character", hopefully I could fill a niche that isn't fulfilled by the current or potential new members. I was worried to hear that some of the current boys have doubts on their chances of getting in if they tried to audition for this new wave, although I feel like the increasing difficulty should be expected for each successive wave. My biggest worry about this audition comes with this particular section of the audition form. I think I do decently on twitch for indie of my size, unfortunately that's really all I can show for myself at the moment. This really just shows that I need to work more on myself at the moment and really develop skills and a niche that would be befitting of a corpo VTuber. I won't give up though and I'll still take this opportunity to practice and further identify my weaknesses.

Immersion breaking is a big one, along with completely just not doing kayfabe. I get that most viewers don't care but if you get a character, play the character.
I've also only seen this happen twice but completely stopping the stream to talk to some other vtuber they know in chat or introduce yourself on a new screen to people being raided in. It just feels rude to your current viewers who should always come first in my opinion.

having long conversations with their mods and regulars on public streams. keep that in membership. when you go corpo, you get a bigger audience so you have to lessen directly addressing people in chat. saying hello or goodnight is fine. saying hbd or responding to a funny joke or reading/thanking superchats/gifts is ok. but don't have entire conversations with 1 or just three people for an extended time. it makes the stream feel like an exclusive chatroom and the streamer look incompentent and reliant on someone else to keep a topic going. i imagine being in room of 100-1000 people and just focusing on 1 person. it makes it awkward for the 99-999 others to be there.
