I've made my 2 view JP oshi laugh basically every stream, my (now low) 4 view JP oshi laugh plenty of times, and even my holo oshis (Fubuki and Mio) more than a handful of times; but getting any holo to even read your comments can be near impossible depending on the chat speed for that day, and also my JP skill is only around N4, so I take a very long time to write. All chat comments, I really only send super chats during special events.
I do watch EN some as well, but don't comment very often - I've made Ina mad before kek, but I can't say FWMC have ever read one of my comments, but I don't write much outside of stream reactions in their chat.

Yes, and I’ve barely watched her for more than a month. She’s read quite a few of my chats, and I have a decent chance of her reading one depending on the stream. I chat a decent amount though and I don’t think I do anything special. It mostly comes down to timing, luck, and saying something relevant to what’s currently happening. If you can pick up on the sort of chats that interest your oshi it can be kind of easy. That is assuming they interact with chat a decent bit. I know some don’t.
