One thing you don't seem to understand is Haachama is an English speaker. You can't let it to a non-EN speaking, it would be too difficult. It would also be more logical to let Kiara taking commands of Reddit Review but she already has her show to prepare and Haachama is closer to Coco.

My personal rrat is that Coco gave it to her so she had "something to do" in hololive if cover kept restricting her content, in the same way it worked for her when she had to stop doing asacoco.
I also believe that either Marine or Ame would have been the best choices.

Also she’s too busy with holotalk and a weekly show is just too much for her. But she also said she would do it if personally asked by Coco.

Also it’s completely retarded because even if she’s not a meme expert, she still make memes references every now and then. From old "kek" from WoW to "guess I’ll die" and other stuff like that. She browse twitter and reddit a lot, speak two languages and would be a decent choice overall. She just doesn’t feel legitimate enough to take the show from Coco and don’t have the time.

The only thing you listed that is of any substance.
reddit, 4chan, and other sites with a generally laissez-faire stance* on discussion and content sharing usually have contrarian groups. The difference between 4chan and most other more popular discussion services, including reddit, is that you don't find nearly the amount of dissonance in the same "space." On 4chan that space is boards and on reddit that is subreddits.
Point being, just because you have to go out of your way to find the subreddits with dissonant taste doesn't mean they don't exist, and it doesn't mean what is most likely to get shoved in your face is representative of how everyone uses the site. Generals on 4chan are a great example of this playing out with different subcommunities on the same board, for example.

* Not free-speech in particular, just being a site where the content that isn't allowed is a selective (if biased/subjective) blacklist than approved content being a whitelist. Certain subreddits are whitelist, but in the vast majority of cases no one is stopping you from making a counter subreddit for something blacklisted there.
