There is some basic common sense at play here where you do not need a crystal ball to predict how someone is going to react to a situation. If someone threatened her for example it is not going out of my way rrating to assume that she is not going to like that. Nobody would like that. The bilibili accounts are not run by Cover. They are fan accounts, although they call themselves official. They were created by mainland chinese fans who would illegally re-upload hololive member's youtube VODs to their respective channels because youtube is blocked in China.
They were "officially endorsed" by Cover after Bilibili offered Cover a deal to give them a fraction of the monetization these channels made in exchange for creating a jointly owned CN branch back in 2019. The Japanese members were given the ability to stream on them, however the ownership of the channels remained in the hands of either chinese fans or the operators of the website that took the channels from them.
In 2020, when Cover decided to exit china, most of the fan groups and site administrators closed the japanese member's channels.
