how does one find a vtuber company that's ACTIVELY hiring? I feel like hololive is always taking apps but not actively hiring.
I've been streaming for 2 years but actively streaming and for 6 months and I want to take it to the next level.

Well first of all it's going to depend on whether you're male or female; if it's the former then you're going to be much more limited in opportunity. Depending on your numbers you could get advice on how to increase them by visiting /asp/ or /wasp/ but I'm not sure how welcoming they are to chuubas who've been going as long as you have.

Well then like I say you have a lot more options but what are your numbers like? When you say regularly streaming, how frequently in a week and how long are each stream's duration?
I know that a number of HoloEN gen2 and Obssydia in NijiEN were part of a discord for people wanting to join corpos that was monitored by scouts - no idea whether those still exist.
Again I'd suggest going to /asp/ or /wasp/ to speak to other indies who might have some experience trying to get into a corpo - or like the other anon said /corpo/ potentially but that's for fans of small corpos rather than advice so I don't know how they'd respond to you.

Ok, cool! Thanks, I'll take that advice. And I have about 50 twitch followers, 100+ twitter followers, and usually about 5-50 likes per video so my numbers aren't that large but I get good engagement on my streams for how small I am, surprisingly.

Actively promoting yourself on Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok (yes, I know it’s a hellsite, but still), etc., is really important if you want to stand any chance of getting accepted into a corpo.
