Western watcher also generally care more about the talent then the kayfabe of their vtuber persona. So EN Vtubers don't get much backlash or loss of support for going flesh part time.

The 'avoid drama' approach and the 'game permissions'(which makes them not hop trend to trend and just play what they like) of hololive would probably separate themselves from those other en vtubers in the long run. No drama baiting/lazy reaction content etc...
