I'll say it here to avoid tribalism but I always notice how comfy /hlgg/ is when its just Ame streaming compared to the rest, especially late night.

There were still a few people trying to cause trouble but yeah it was nice. The stream was especially comfy, I think it had to do with how she spoke somehow, and she seemed to be enjoying herself in the game. The game even got a bit intense at times, not sure about scary but definitely intense.
I don't know if we're the best fanbase, I'm sure we have our rotten apples.

Teamates are great when they're not taking bait. I don't think Teamates are mean-spirited or hateful the way other fanbases can be sometimes, but they're definitely very sensitive and protective of Ame and that can be bad in its own way. I get the feeling that Teamates are mostly kind of depressed and lonely but otherwise nice people who like to just hang out and fuck around and meme, a bit like our oshi perhaps.

Late night Ame just tends to be a good formula for /hlgg/ since it's between burger and SEA primetimes and Ame is popular enough to draw most people's attention, though I do remember at least one Oblivion stream midway into the series where it was basically a full-on SEA shitfest for some reason and I just had to leave.

I also wish we had the habit of being here during Ame hours. I share the opinion that we are generally very comfy with these types of streams. For some reason most Teamates have a tradition of populating the main thread when Ame streams and since we have a habit of always defending Amelia and other fandoms are.... "controversial", many times it is impossible to enjoy the global.

In the end we are like Amelia, we like to hang out joking around while enjoying the stream. Hopefully we will develop the habit of being here more.

I just got used to it. Yeah, it doesn't feel the same, but at least there is a vod in the first place. Some people who stream on Youtube don't leave those up at all for some reason that I forget.
One silver lining is that I don't have to worry about setting aside several hours to watch a vod since I can pause and get back to it if I must. It's also nice to have vods to watch on her off days, especially now that she has a vacation coming up (I missed most of her streams last week and a few others from before then and will catch up with those when she's gone).

It happens, anon. I have to miss streams because of work as well, but I just watch them the moment I have free time.
It might not be the same, sure, but watching vods has its advantages too. You can go at your own pace, pausing whenever you need to take a break, there should be no stream lag or interruptions, and you can replay good moments right away.
Maybe it just sounds like cope, but that's how I've dealt with missing streams. I genuinely cannot watch every single stream live, even if I'd love to. There's still lots of streams I missed that I still have to catch up on, but I've managed to deal.

Ina/Ame overlaps have typically drawn out the worst in comparison posters, typically starting with numberfags. Game skill too, though I haven't seen that in a while. It also used to be shit when Ame would go through games that Ina had played before, like Journey and Titanfall. There are obviously exceptions to the rule but I'm pretty wary of thread quality when it's those two overlapping. Even the threads for their We Were Here collab was shit.
The comfiest overlap historically by far would be Mori/Ame outside of maybe a bit of numberfagging, probably because shitposters don't really expect it, but that hasn't happened in a while.
