Try the "Live Another Life" mod: It let's you skip a lot of the beginning stuff. There are other alt start mods, but this is the classic one.
Install mods using Mod Organizer 2. So long as you only add a few mods, that's the only tool you need. You maybe need to install additional DLL files and SKSE if you get fancier.

The video's quite short compared to most ASMR RPs but I quite like it. I rarely have time for one of those 40 minute ones anymore. Unfortunately triggers are a little sparse in it. Audio is also coming from the front too much, you should be focusing on and alternating between left and right ears for the most part. You have a good voice for ASMR, the softer tones can be hard to manage but you seemed to do just fine! I'd be happy to hear more!

As for schedules, it's up to your strengths but generally speaking if you arent a gaming focused vtuber, you should add in non gaming variety days inbetween your gaming stream days and to put in your most popular content on weekends where there are more eyes on you.
