It wasn't a fan game. It was an official game, made by Selen herself, with help from Pomu. It was released on 9/3, shortly after they got their themed outfits (and what would end up being their final new outfits while at Niji) - in other words, it was published after Pomu had already officially turned in her graduation paperwork.
