True, Hololive always seem like they really tried to tighten up the streamers about not yabbing. They seem a lot more coached on what should be acceptable for streams. Smart move for protecting your brand and being acceptable to sponsors (which helps for those longterm finances).
Doki is doing good work building herself up, that advice stream was insightful in to how she operates now too.

Hey, I don't want to bring up old memories, but when going back through the archives to get more info on the steam name changes back in january, I noticed something... strange.
On Jan 27, the day after Doki first addressed Cover about graduating immediately, someone /here/ asked about if they missed any steam name changes, and someone said yes, and showed this. It's clearly an edited image since it doesn't actually show up in her name history and the numbers are off-center, but... was she /here/? well, since the last thing I need to do achievement-wise is getting gachikoi on everyone, I've just been slowly going through the list one by one. I finished mori for all of MYTH and baelz today. RNG rat is fun, while Kiara is probably my favorite out of myth since you can just pick whatever from her kit being completely self-sufficient as a tank.

also working on getting good workers and getting the gold rod from fishing. apparently all my workers are also dragoons because they keep fucking wanting tomatoes over any other food.

Divegrass testing and holocure. Stage 3 Hard really reminds me of how hectic Synthetik could get at its best, and that's high praise considering just how good that game was. Only managed to beat it with Kiara so far. Not sure if Calli is just low tier, but her squishiness is hurting me big time.

I feel like Kiara and possibly fauna are very standout characters of "Let's you make a bunch of mistakes," with Kiara having innate tanking/healing with a revive ult and fauna has tons of invincibility/healing. gotta get good at touhou-ing for a lot of the other members.

Selen's design was really easy to recognize, while headwings are not unique to her, the headwings plus her fangs, eyes and dragon hand made her so recognizable even if her outfit was changed
Doki's design on the other hand is recognizable only on outfit, she has her poker and thief motifs with her big hat and twintails, that is recognizable but what happens when you try to put her on other outfits? She becomes another anime blond girl, the Doki character itself is not really recognizable, as she said it, she needs an easily recognizable brand and the skinsuit helps a lot
I'm really curious about what she came up with to fix this issue or if she even saw the same issue but maybe she didn't, who knows
Sadly skinsuit is still going to take a while but meanwhile I want to know what other dragoons think, this is just my opinion after all

Not if you actually are her. Otherwise... I kind of get it, but I can't put it in words at the moment.

Regarding character design, her first Selen outfit wasn't very sexual at all. (joking aside: very little skin, baggy shirt, pants are tight but not curvy. You can tell she's bug from the side profile and how far out the shirt sticks, though.) I think that might be good for both keeping the fanbase chill, and encouraging both SFW artists and apprehensive / casual cosplayers to join in.
