If you're a small vtuber and have a community, be it on Discord, Tiktok, Twitter, or fucking Instagram - please keep your community at a reasonable length from you. For your safety.
Your family, your friends, your friends of friends, it's that easy to find you if you link your personal identity to streaming.
All it takes is a few pictures with location data enabled and you become infinitely easier to find.
There are a lot of psychos out there who want to find you for various reasons - weird thrill, sexual reasons, hatred, to name the major 3.

I'm not a vtuber myself, but sadly I have seen this happen 3 times across people I watch, including just recently, and it's just shitty to see happening.
I've seen people be forced to move because they got sent shit with those Apple Airtags in them. (pretty sure even some in Hololive had that incident happen and it forced them to change their policies)
If you do accept gifts at a PO Box, fucking check them. Please. It's a hassle I know, but damn it check them. It's harder to abuse these days, but still possible to DIY it with off-the-shelf shit you can get anywhere.

If you're starting, remember to bee urself and treat it as a hobby.
Mostly because unless you start with something close to your actual personality (+ some minimal larp depending on what you're going for), you'll suffer later on.
Also, if you do want to see a significant growth in a specific timeframe and aren't getting it being yourself, either resign yourself to it taking more time, consider accepting you won't get it, or start treating it as a business and be trendy while molding your character to suit whatever audience you decided to pander to (careful with your mental, though).
Not that you can't be successful without doing this, but those are exceptions born from specific circumstances, like Shylily or Shoto, trying to emulate those will only result in pain.

I am an indie vtuber who is very minorly "successful". I'm a partner on YouTube and twitch. I get around 150 viewers on twitch and 60 on YouTube when dual streaming. The answer is a simplified model with a good design that highlights the "assets". Just showing skin isn't enough, just having tits isn't enough. If you look too young you're going to either attract lolicons or people who won't sexualize you at all. Color scheme also plays a part in this. If you want to be sexualized, think about what parts of your body you want people to look at and design off of that. Try to stand out if you can. The average vtuber model is a skeleton with ginormous boobs (because models usually are shown chest up), but you can create interest in other ways. Thick thighs, a bit of muscle tone, good midriff, feet if you want to get the footfags, etc. Just make sure you show it off every once in a while

A good place to begin is what you want the body type (loli to hag, and everything between) to be and what artstyle you want to go for. I don't know what your model is, but going thru the artist's twitter, 'alluring' is not what comes mind. It's closer to some sort of collectable plushies my hypothetical kid sister would have liked. That being said, if you can work that disconnect into your character somehow then that's entertainment (not necessarily lewd) value. Think Chibi, shondo, or punkalope's chibi model

#1 Guys tend to not like accessories all that much. Other than a cute hairbow or fluff here and there, too much of it is a distraction. It starts to bleed into overdetailed hell. Usually simple shapes with small details work better as a starting point. swallkoi's art becomes very difficult to focus or rest your eyes because there's detail everywhere.

#2 For sex appeal, and for general character design, silhouette game is very important. My opinion is the 4 feminine things you can see on a silhouette: hair, bust, hips, legs. A strong sexy character doesn't need to have all of them, but it becomes difficult to allure if has none of them.

Older dudes are often a bit more reserved with younger women. Several of them probably DESPERATELY want to fuck you but don't eantto make it weird.
