Who's the worst singer in hololive? The best will always be a top five list, but the worst should be easy to narrow down.

I love the terrible singers. There's something very endearing watching a woman who's bad at singing and knows she's bad at singing, but does it anyway in front of 10s of thousands of people.
I'd say Fauna is the worst and most enjoyable karaoke to watch. Noel is close. I haven't seen an Ame karaoke in ages, but I think she's gotten a little better. Shiori is bad but not Fauna/Noel bad.
