It varies. The EST night timeslot is good, but if you are literally not awake at that time, just be consistent.

It really depends on the people you hire. A super quick artist that can do both art and rigging can have it done from concept to completion in 3 weeks. The typical "quick" jobs for model art and rigging are usually 2 weeks each. So a month at minimum if you go in with the design you want and find artists who can do the job fast, but you should really be prepared to wait more since you're typically on a queue. Realistically expect anywhere between 1 month to 2 months.

I never really give specific details or instructions when I commission people so there's a lot of extraneous evolutions, I think a few artists gave the bear design brown eyebrows and the person who I got a human design from (who I gave basically no instructions to) kept it going.
