What will it take for Amelia Watson to begin taking care of herself?
Her lifestyle is horrible and not only is she suffering, but teamates are as well. I don't know how to make her put in any form of effort in incorporating some good habits into her life since she continually turns into a bitch and does the opposite whenever she is criticized (Her audio levels is a good example). Her resting heartrate was dangerously high, the only heartrate I've seen that high was xQc after years and years of eating nothing but fast food, eating gfuel in powder form and sitting down at a computer for well over 16 hours a day. This is not healthy and recent developments make me think she is going down the path of taking more and more medication/painkillers instead of fixing the current issues. If you want to say this is concernfagging then consider the fact that Amelia engaging in these habits degrades the quality of the stream. She would be on time more often and would have more control of her mood. At this rate I don't think the future will be getting any brighter for Amelia Watson and her teamates due to the overwhelming amount of yesmen (On youtube but also here) who will continue to encourage her that nothing is her fault and she can do nothing to change things that she has control over. This is extremely unfortunate and makes me sad because anyone with a half a brain can see the incredible potential she has that is never getting realised due to a lack of effort. Before you decide to list all of her accomplishments, consider that they were achieved despite her horrible lifestyle, not because of them. She could be much much more and it's extremely disappointing to watch people standing on the sidelines cheering as a funny, cute, very creative girl destroys herself.

Aqua's fans were defending her apex run until she admitted herself that it caused her a lot. Same thing happened to Mori. People defended her bad habits until shit became unbearable to not notice. She got a reality check and now she's doing better I guess. One big fuck up alongside an acknowledgement of that said fuck up will probably do it. I don't know though if Ame will even reach the stage of acknowledgement when she gets passive aggressive when things are pointed out to her.

And as for Ina, her resting heart rate is in the low 100s. She gets out of breath walking from one room to the next, she goes to speak to her Mom and will come back to the stream panting. A steak sandwich would probably kill her.
The only things Ame really needs to fix is her sleeping pattern, which is attrociously bad, along with her tendency to still eat things with gluten. She may order Uber Eats every single day, but it's not all fast food and we know she takes her dogs for walks daily. She's fine... Ame's issues are all to do with mental discipline.
