Yeah Marine/Michael Cat is the perfect pair for a servant master thing in that list. It can be played for tragedy, drama or comedy depending on what you choose to do with it.

I think micomet caster miko/master suisei would work better as antagonists, Aqua and shion are a bit too bumbling to work as villains/threats.

If you're going with the given dynamic, nothing else in the list can replace the Kanacoco two slot. I can see some good arguments for other master pairings but the Kanata thing does need both a servant and an incarnate coco/kson.
Outside of that dynamic...
Assasin Mori/Master Kiara could be a good "traditional magus and servant" pair that might be an interesting antagonist combo.
Coco/Mortal Kanata would be my pick for berserker if you weren't using the kanacoco dynamic.

Archer is in general undecided. I like Boton as in this Lancelot Knight of Owner but with(just) guns idea but it's not settled. Lap/Lui would be good. I can kind of see a Waver/Iskander thing going on there. There could be a funny scene where Coco and Kson go "Wait who the hell are these people?" There's also an idea I had of Flare hating being an Archer (Innocent Monster) but with Rushia/Marine being active she sticks around. Master Noel in that case.
Yeah, my idea was that Gura would be Bazett'd and Gawr would be running around as a red herring. I'll keep the Shiori/Nerissa idea in the back pocket though.
Tragedy for Rider. Marine won't pass up another chance to help her friend, even if it kills her.
MiComet pair is actually a great idea. You have a good point about the lack of threat.
The idea of Mortal Kanata/Coco is interesting. I do want the Kson and Coco juxtaposition in there. So if I went that way I don't know who I'd have Kson summon. Maybe Towa and have MiComet be Assassin Suisei/Master Miko? Keep in mind Kson would lose her Servant as a plot point.

This is just about the nature of stories requiring conflict, I feel.
Bondage is entry level ish for when both partners are fully consenting, it's basically impossible to pull off with any resistance (besides your standard "handcuffed to bed" stuff). Conflict doesn't mesh with it very well.

In comparison, pet play and collaring is about property vs self-control, overcoming pressure, things of this nature. Spanking is about conflict too: her trying to fight her way out as you put her over your knee, pride vs shame, pain vs pleasure.

This would free up her 'servant slot' so you could have another master servant pair while still keeping the kanacoco/Kson dynamic. Maybe you could have a best of both worlds type situation here? Have Kson summon a false assassin/caster (Towa/Watame) ala Medea that's then used by *insert antagonist here* as a calalyst to summon their real servant.
Though thinking of false watame is just making me imagine shigure ui is summoned as the false caster that gets sacrificed to summon watame.

Yes, and it's terrible too. I'm really turned off from AI at the moment. Maybe I'll check it out again in six months to a year from now, but really the models that exist at present just suck at editing. Sometimes I have them read and "analyze" passages I've written, but almost all of them were sycophantic to some degree. Useless for getting any actual pointers for improvement.

I now see what everyone was saying and I apologize again for being so combative. I have started reading some books and from the opening pages of the first one I'm choosing to read I can already see how a superior author runs absolutely rings around me in terms of description alone. I've never written anything even close to it.
