Koefficient is Puerto Rican? He's collabed a lot with Tenma, and once with Pippa. I never really watched those collabs, I just know he's likes vtubers, and doesn't bring drama. He reacted to the Phase Invaders 2 debut, and maybe also to the Gen3 debut. He's a Phase friend, if anything.

Not one that streams, yet. And if she did, the way it works around here is that anyone can stream as any one of the designs, even if someone already has. There's been 3 Lolimes, 2 Rikas, 2 NiiColas, 2 or 3 Donnas (I think, I don't remember exactly), and a whole bunch of Alunettes that never stuck around. If you want to pick up a character and make content, flesh them out more, add to the meme of FlaVR being a definitely real corpo (even though it isn't), go right ahead, that is welcome. If you want to pick up a character to get attention in people's chats or on Twitter, without actually putting in the work to make anything compelling, please don't do that.

I'd argue he knows what he's doing. A lot of people keep demanding VC but he refuses, citing he doesn't want to create a space for the immature to feel comfortable making the place their own. The problem is the guy is inactive as hell. Channels were cluttered with dead talents as well as missing the new ones, a lot of the information hasn't been updated, and him being gone for months only makes things worse. At least he drops by occasionally to add emotes.

Pick mods who are active and do their job subjectively. Problem solved. Not having a VC is kind of a death sentence if you want community interaction.
I've been a Discord Dev for ~3 years now, and they really push us to integrate the VC API and SDK into our apps for this very reason.
The only real criticisms beyond that are:
1. No roles = bad.
2. Mod team is small and was rarely present when I was there. They also did not abide by the posted rules or TOS, and acted like regular chat members.
3. There was a general chat, and a chat for every chuuba. Should be a general chat, and an announcement/ "Im Live" channel for each chuuba instead. You should then be able to select roles for only the chuubas that you're interested in, so that you only get their notifications.
Having so many text channels is confusing and spreads interactions incredibly thin.

Obviously, hiding from your server owner responsibilities for months on end is also a death sentence.

Bit of an autism post, but I think anyone doing this for even a little while knows the formula to having an active, well-managed server.
