If you're GFE, it will permanently destroy your ccv.
If you're not, then your ccv will still take a milder hit during any collab streams with men, but probably won't affect your ccv too much outside of those streams.
Still, there's absolutely no situation in which it doesn't harm your ccv to some extent. So there's just no good reason to collab with men, unless you want to collab with a particular man so badly that you're willing to sacrifice ccv for it.

i don't know if this is the right place to ask, but i have kind of a myriad of personality disorders (not d.i.d.) that make me act like a completely different person on and off for days at a time. meds and therapy eliminated the i guess "negatives" of it but not the shift itself so im not gonna like kms on stream or anything im stable other than the personality shift. it's not a cute or wacky thing, it's more like manic-depressive kind of and even my voice changes, so it wouldn't be a spectacle of crazy or anything.

Regardless, a VTuber isn't obligated to fulfill the expectations of a GFEtuber if she isn't intentionally doing GFE.
And the ccv loss of male collabs isn't going to be as pronounced with a VTuber who doesn't do intentional GFE.
If you project GFE onto a VTuber who doesn't intentionally do it, let alone one that explicitly states she isn't GFE and/or is opposed to it, it's your own fault if you get hurt when she does something to shatter that illusion.
