tl;dr: Sayu and Doki weren't bullied because they were on some uncompromising moral high ground. They were pushed out because they either didn't mesh with the company's social structure or required too many resources to actually manage properly and the company should absolutely be taking more blame for this than the other organs like Elira.

As a dragoon/sayufag, it's getting kinda weird seeing people place them on some kind of weird moral pedestal. Yes, they got fucked over by a black company, and yes they seem to be good people, but they weren't bullied or booted out because of some ethical conflicts between the "good girls" and the "evil girls." It just makes more sense to me that the more "influential" people in Niji were so mis/unmanaged that what started as a simple delegation of tasks (Hey Elira, can you tell the JP managers that we're having trouble with scheduling) eventually turned into (Hey Selen, you're doing too many projects and sucking away the few resources management is giving the rest of us. Stop repeatedly asking why Vox was able to play the game you were denied for.)

Between all of the tales of upper management doing nothing other than hammering home how worthless the organs are without them, and how critically lazy and egotistical upper management seemed to be(sayu's document), combined with their history of constantly hiring underqualified/underpaid managers(job listings, sayu's document), it just feels like all of these issues must have been more environmental than just "lol Elira bad. Gut her and be done with it."

This mostly applies to Doki's case which actually seemed to have malice coming from other organs on top of her actually being there for long enough to form either good or bad relationships at the company, but Sayu's case as well seems to be focused entirely on the management being fucknuggets who refused to work with her for one reason or another. I don't doubt that there was actually malice involved from organs, likely due to the whole "competition for limited resources" bullshit at Nijisanji, but I truly believe that they don't deserve the brunt of people's hate just because they're more visible targets.

Posting this vent outside of SEA hours cuz I don't feel like dealing with sisters falseflagging.

The reason that people are dunking on Elira is because it's widely believed, due to the Gurrat, that she was part of a shadow management structure and was the one running EN. Nijisanji as a company absolutely deserves the bulk of the blame for fostering an environment where this was permitted to happen, but if the Gurrat is correct, the actual immediate perpetrator was Elira and her friends. There are some similarities between Niji EN's situation and the fate of Niji KR, which is also helping to fuel this theory.

Of course, the Gurrat could be completely off-base and the problem could indeed some mysterious faceless manager whose name we will never know. We just don't know because Nijisanji won't explain what happened and is refusing to fire anyone or give any sign that they take this matter seriously.

That's not entirely true, if Anycolor's previously Quarterly Earnings reports are any indicators then it'll cover the previous month and a half. Meaning they can still try and paint the EN branch as having decent "growth potential" despite most of the sales probably happening due to FOMO on Pomu/Selen goods. By and large I actually agree with the notion that ‘if you’re going to love or hate someone, you should love or hate them for verifiable reasons’. The problem is that Elira, Vox, and Ike shot the whole branch’s credibility in the foot, and ever since then the Niji talents haven’t been able to go a single week without tripping over themselves and falling face-first into some new PR disaster or another.

You can't bullied by the environment, you get bullied by people. And it's clear who constituted the "toxic environment" you mention. As to OP, the failure of management is certainly a problem ascribable to NijiEN, but there was definitely widespread bullying--both against Selen and Zaion--which is ascribable both to NijiEN management (for not controlling the widespread, obviously hostile work environment) and to the bullying livers (for their actions).

Sure, there were MORE issues than just Elira & co., but there certainly WERE issues involving Elira, Vox, &c., and you can't just hand-wave the substantial amount of bullying the livers did by saying that management was bad (which is, of course, true).

Why not? Just because the livers were in a poor condition because of management's troubles doesn't give the livers a free pass to bully out-group livers like Selen and Zaion, as you seem to suggest.
