Anyone else that has English as a second language that is having trouble understanding some of the EN members? Do they mumble their words or am I just not as good at English as I thought?

I usually have trouble understanding Ina, Biboo, and Fuwamoco as an example. Even Sana too back then. Without subtitles I can't understand the majority of what they're saying mang.

They might not enunciate well sometimes, but this seems purely like an ESL issue (and you're not alone, there's a shitton of ESL clip channels that mishear at least one word on every video).
The reason it's not as much of an issue for native speakers is because when you've spoken the language for your whole life, you get a feel for what words are going to be used where, you know all the turns of phrase they're likely to use, all the idioms, all the linguistic idiosyncrasies, etc. So you're probably already probed to listen out for specific words that make sense in the context rather than trying to figure out what was said from scratch.
And I can only guess that most ESL speakers have nowhere near the experience required to do this given the terrible subtitles that get put on some clips (words that sound similar~ish but make no sense in the context and clearly aren't what's being said).

It's all good, the important part is that the audio recording quality (especially outdoors non-ADR dialogue) is complete ass because we're talking about low budget movies from the 70s. But if you need actual titles maybe early John Carpenter and William Friedkin, the original Phantasm and Mad Max, or Joe Dante's Piranha. The worse quality the copies you watch the better.

basically my idea of "language competency" goes like this highest being easiest to understand:
Fluent ESL: high competence, worried about not being understood, clear pronounciation, great grammar, high vocabulary
Good English Native: highest competence, not bothered if you dont understand, clear pronounciation, great grammar, high vocabulary.
Educated Native: rare grammar issues, ok vocab.
Ok ESL: grammar issues, vocab missing.
Badly Educated Native: huge grammar issues, common spelling mistakes, lack of language foundation, letters are bitten off during speech, high slang, low vocab.
Bad ESL: huge grammar issues, huge vocab issues, lack of anything beyond language foundation.

I can understand all of them just fine. But one thing I have always struggled with - and at this point I firmly believe is something I'll never improve on given that I've been speaking english for a decade - is understanding song lyrics. I can pick up some words here and there but never the whole thing. And if it's a song with lots of screaming forget about it.

I used to think I might have some kind of hearing impairment because I often fail to understand what other people say to me even in my native language but in recent years I came to the conclusion that I'm just fucking retarded. I watch vtubers after all

For context I'm from Argentina and my oshi is Bae.
If you want to really struggle with an English accent try Yankee black speech, I have no idea what they are saying most of the time, the times I understand it it's like Tarzan speech.

Received Pronunciation is the formal British dialect, the one they use in the BBC and things like that. The equivalent in Australian English is Cultivated Australian iirc
The type of English they teach at schools varies from country to country. I became aware of this fact because here in Argentina we are taught British RP, but in all neighbouring countries they teach US English. I would assume France also teaches RP.
