Unironically I hope this is the case, but it seems unlikely. Either way there's absolutely no way for her to stay in japan or working under them while simultaneously clearing her name. She is the one that profited the most of Anycolor mistreating Selen and Pomu, Anycolor admitted that there was bullying bts and their direct communication implies that Elira is directly involved in this. Add this to the fact that large parts of Niji EN's cast were previously connected to Elira through some "talent run corpo" and add the fact that she was the first of those to debut, giving her an elevated position just because of this. It's the logical conclusion that she (thinks she) runs this - with all the negative consequences.

Its probably not a suspension in the usual sense, more that they're strongly "encouraged" to take a break until the heat dies down. Choosing to appear during EN collabs is probably an option given to them to test the waters.
As for why people aren't concerned for Elira or other EN talents like Enna/Millie, its because they didn't have the dedicated fanbases that Selen or Pomu really did. While I'm not a true famelira, I wish for her to come out of this unharmed because of two people's who were supposedly harmed the most being:
1. Doki, told us not to wish ill upon any liver.
2. Sayu who openly spoke about Kotoka, Finana and (kinda) Kyo didn't utter a single word about her.

In addition I enjoyed thousands of hours of VTuber streams playing in the background while working with a hundred+ of her streams as well. I worked with thousands of people over the last 15 years with hundreds of them I could classify as 'evil' to some extent.
