They could probably fit Doki as they don't really have a strong competitive FPS figure in EN and they could probably do some crossover with their JP talents in that scene.

Genuinely no idea what Pomu's niche is other than that she likes MGS, not sure what she'd add to the overall formula so this would be a thing Pomu could want but I don't see why Holo would want her specifically.

Sayu would fit right in with phase connect and you can tell if you watch any of her streams, she's professional enough to work in Holo but I doubt she'd be comfortable there, she seems to have found her niche.

Prospects are that they will stick around if Q3 is good, but they are already hating on Q4. They know these three months have been catastrophic for Niji. But there is a general sentiment of "EN is cancerous, JP is protitable", plus all EN are basically only streaming and doing stuff for JP now.

Probably there will be a merge of EN into JP or some downsizing. Maintaining EN is not profitable, it will put Nijisanji on a 3 month notice in Q4.

The shareholders rn are mostly speculators, they are not to stay, they will leave as soon as they want to cash in. The trick for Riku is to inflate the price enough that the crash will not be the end of it, and keeping them around as long as possible is a good plan.
Problem is Q4. It's not gonna look good. They missed huge sales and missed a buyback pretty badly. They will have to downsize, they never made this business strong enough to lose money considerably.
