I hate to break it to you but NijiEN's biggest and most popular collabs were all done in SEA/CN/JP time because that's where the majority of their fanbase lives. The only girls with a significant NA fanbase were Lazusydia and the only rep in that collab is Finana who has very few fans these days. Enna especially has a huge SEA and Chinese fanbase. Millie has a flip fanbase, etc.
Actually Scarle might have a NA fanbase but while her fanbase is dedicated it's very small and would certainly not donate to Millie.
