besides subathons, you can also try to increase the density of "special events" you organise yourself, like debuts, redebuts, anniversaries and so on. Keep getting new outfits, model updates or simply make some shit up. Twitch audience is really vulnerable to "ITS HAPPENING"

It's great. Regular vtubers don't get enough sleep and wonder why they are always tired. Subathon streamers on the other hand get a very healthy 14 hours every single night.

Even if we're assuming that's completely true, doesn't change the fact scamathons are still a scamathon. Even fucking AdmiralCuckroo used to limit his making it so after milestone hours each sub would be 1 minute less or half if it's currently just 1 minute tops, so only 4 days in a single sub would only be 30 seconds to the timer at most. And in case it weren't obvious, even HE'S a faggot.

I don't think this works quite the same on YouTube, though. Youtube actually punishes you for streaming too long by not keeping the VOD.
