Most people have difficulty finding the motivation to regularly exercise. Rissa has had spinal fusion to correct what would have been severe scoliosis. I knew a girl in college who had mild scoliosis, but no surgery and she had good and bad days because of it.

What I’m trying to say is that Rissa would need extra motivation and also advice about what exercises would be effective while taking her back into consideration. If she found the right trainer she could get into better shape. She just needs the proper motivation and someone to kick her in the pants when if she tries to give it up early on. A lot of people fail because they think the initial soreness from those first few weeks exercising are the norm.

The problem she has with a lot of stuff is doing it in the confines of a tightly knit home with her mom, father, older sister and her husband, brother, and I think she mentioned grandparents too iirc. She's holed up for her bedroom being her office, streaming platform, possibly recording studio, and bedchambers in one.

So things she might love to do because she loved cooking, like actual cooking streams, are hard. She mentioned doing gunpla, she got a whole lot of other suggestions to consider like skincare tips talk, but I think she is considering leaving that for girls talk.
