What is it with random VTwitter artists and nigh-tracing Hololive models? I know they listed Amashiro as an inspiration, but there’s a difference between being inspired and directly copying every idiosyncrasy of another artist’s style.

On one hand, blatantly copying another artist's character style is shameful and feels like bootlegging.
On the other hand, it's difficult to argue that the original artist should have exclusive rights to reproduce a very simple character design.

I personally don't like it and feel that the community should shun this. Call them out for being bootlegs.

simple, because goora has most subs and seen as most "popular" .

Its for the same reasons that there was a Korone ripoff before, and Purin is clearly meant to be strongly inspired even though style is different and designer is good. Because Korone was most popular at some point.
