Most anons here are using the AutismMix, which is a derivative of pony. The model that was originally made for My Little Pony Hentai is surprisingly good at anatomy, concepts, and understanding what you're asking for normal/anime stuff, both SFW and NSFW.

Not only that, the anatomy of fingers/feets and general body proportions are also much higher quality compared to anything else, which is why people here use it. What it's lacking is artstyle and knowing the vtubers, which both require lora.

The model understands NSFW tags very well, while 1.5 and SDXL Animagine still struggles on stuff beyond POV missionary, cowgirl, doggy. In the pony model you prompt anal it will 100% give you anal, you prompt footjob plus double hand job it will do that with perfect cocks, feet and hands holding those cocks. You won't be able to get this with 1.5 or animagine without digging for some loras and then preying for some good gens.

The main issue it had was it's an XL model but with forge people that ran 1.5 can now run the XL model with very little change.
It also lacks Vtuber knowledge, but slowly week by week we've been getting loras for them, most of EN is there except for Ame and Kiara from what I tested.
Base pony model also leans heavy towards western cartoony look but we've been getting anime derivatives like autismMix and animeConfietti which looks pretty good without artist loras applied. Still lacks in background details and you can't really gen anything cool or serious as it leans more on the bright and cute look.
You will also need to learn the e621 tags which are slightly different to the danbooru tag NAI uses, but they are very detailed down to what is fucking what in which hole.
Control net is still lacking not all of them work on XL and regional prompter can still be a bit off but things are progressing.

Not bothering with 1.5 anymore, sorry. We're already on the verge of moving to SD 3. You can train it yourself on civitai anyway. Just dump pics and captions in a zip file and throw them in. Anyone has any luck training style Loras for pony? I think I've wasted about 24 hrs of training time trying different settings/tagging methods/image croppings with basically nothing to show for. Even had one training session left up all night when I went to bed, at like 19000 steps, and there was barely any change to the style of the overall image when I tried to generate with it. No overcooking either.

But training a character for pony using similar settings, except for DIM size, flip augmentation, and minor settings, is completely fine.

I've tried training for Fukahire, Hyde, Wada Arco, and Akino Soras so far. So 4 different styles in total.

Currently having some success with the wada arco one after 8000 steps on a LoCon instead of a standard lora, batch size 1. I was concerned that batch size 2 may be "too fast" for the style to stick.

pic rel is a 85 epoch asuka sample at 7650 steps~ and it took like 3.5 hrs on a 4090. Everything before that didn't look anything like Wada's artstyle.

For learning characters, I don't think prodigy is slow. For example, the EmoMumei and Shiori lora both had over >120 images in the dataset and I only needed to go to about step 1000 to 1500~ to get it to to understand the finer details. It could understand the character in like 300-400 steps, but just not as reliable.

Both lora took me like 30 minutes to cook individually.

I guess I'll try another optimizer, since prodigy seems to be bad for styles for pony at least. I never had this problem back in the 1.5 days using prodigy.

For pony you can use danbooru tags as far I understood the dataset for pony was a split of dan/gel booru, e621, and derpibooru. So any tags from those sites should work.
The reason why I think people decided to add score_9 and source_anime is because those tags have a strong style attached to them so you use them to sort and try to override it.

EF has the hll and some 1.5 character loras can work with it but the art style needs to be wrangled or you'll need to do some heavy artist mixing if you and more anime style.

Pony already has anime styled derivatives so you don't need to artist mix to get the anime style but right now it doesn't know vtubers beyond the popular Holos and whatever character loras have been made.

For me I'm taking up pony, it's only a matter time that we'll get more vtubers and artstyles
