Even in the pretend world where that's true, a lawsuit needs two things, liablity and damages. We can agree they are liable but they would need to prove she sustained damages. If you look at it from the perspective of "if they never did the black screen" did Doki have monetary damages from not doing that stream? Niji would argue no, she in fact got a lot of support she may not have gotten otherwise. I would agree with them as well, so they would be liable but have caused no damages thus lawsuit would mean nothing.

Cool, but Selen is in Canada and Canada ripped apart a contract from Uber that basically said if you want to go through Arbitration you have to do it in the Netherlands. And you have to pay for it.
>H provides food delivery services in Toronto using Uber’s software applications. To become a driver for Uber, H had to accept the terms of Uber’s standard form services agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, H was required to resolve any dispute with Uber through mediation and arbitration in the Netherlands.

The response of the Canadian courts was "Fuck that, this gives the employee no rights, and is therefore Unconscionable"
Unconsionability being a legal term that just says that a contract is so fucked up that no court in good conscious would ever allow it to be upheld, and a contract that will not be legally acknowledged is worth less than a toilet roll in India.
Uber could buy Anycolor sixty times over. Uber could not pay their way to a legal victory.
And Uber's contract was less predatory than Anycolor's.

Some of the shit Anycolor has pulled in that contract, if they've actually enforced it upon the people signing it, could probably leave them liable in some countries for what is known in legalese as "Having the judge ram his gavel up your arse and hammerfucking you to death"

A couple different internet lawyers have weighed in on the jurisdictional issue.
Basically what they said is that when disputing an international contract, the defendant's jurisdiction is used by default. So if Nijisanji wanted to sue Selen for violating contract terms (like breaching an NDA or something) they would have to prosecute her in Canada. But if Selen wanted to sue Nijisanji for violating her labour rights, it would fall into japanese court jurisdiction.

Japanese civil courts are A:
notoriously corrupt
B: notoriously incompetent
C: notoriously racist.
There's next to no chance that a foreigner ever wins a case against a profitable japanese company no matter how airtight the case is. The judge will just lie their way to a dismissal to avoid needing to rule against big company and send you through a million layers of appeal processing, a process which will inevitably stonewall you because you're a disgusting filthy foreigner until you run out of money or choose to drop the case.

This is likely the very reason these contracts are so comically bad. Anycolor knows they can't reasonably enforce ANY contract terms against foreigners, but also know foreigners have basically no recourse if they're fucked over--because japan will protect the bad guy. So these contracts are more or less just elaborate extortion tools meant to browbeat the legally ignorant until they wise up and get a lawyer

They've only had graduations before. Graduation is essentially quitting and doesn't warrant an explanation from the company on why the member quit to the public. If someone gets terminated, people would question why the company fired one of their members so they just informed the public of the reasons why. They got no benefit from posting that notice, in fact, it was to their detriment.

Everything to do with how the Program is handled. Did you even read the definition section in the contract? Again. Calm down, stop flinging insults, and actually read the damn thing. Or just bury your head in the sand and argue that it's not a real contract. I don't care.

All you people do is throw tantrums. You aren't changing anyone's mind that way. What you are doing is showcasing that the fanbase of your company is toxic and not worth the trouble of interacting with. Which is a great look to have when businesses are reconsidering their relationship with Anycolor. Nobody wants to interact with a hatemob. Businesses don't want to do business with a company linked to one. If your goal is to further damage Anycolor's reputation, then you are doing a bang up job of it.

>oversight does not imply you have no part in the execution of a task.
Did you read the definition of the word supervise? It means to only observe and direct. It literally means you do nothing but tell someone what to do. You're a fucking backwater retard

>the difference is you can say the manager is doing it for one of them but there's no such indication for skinwalking.
So you never explained the difference between putting words in someone mouth and skin walking despite them being the same thing basically. I'll give an even better analogy.

If my manager writes a note and signs my name on it without my consent, is that management and how is it different from skin walking? Average ESL going in overdrive

keep looking at those definitions ESL, you'll be upset at what you find.

>You wouldn't contact the emergency contact unless you couldn't contact her
If the person requests her emergency contact be present or she redirects me to the emergency contact to speak on her behalf, yeah I would

Writing things and claiming someone else is the one who wrote them isn't management in any sense of the word. You faggots love to just create new definitions of words when convenient

The drama is still ongoing and its not the 14th yet? These amateurs need to hire actual PR and shut this shit down. What an embarrassment.

There should be at least something in there so that Party B could acknowledge receiving the said amendments and then the 14 day countdown can start, or is this implied?

Look up "irony" and you might be surprised at what you find. "Overseeing" does not mean what you think it means. Skinwalking is not management; it is mismanagement. I'm not even the fag you were arguing with.

there are a lot of things that ought to be phrased better in this contract.

Doubt. If I had to bet she's not hot enough to coast on pretty privilege but she's not ugly enough to be a total gremlin. She's probably a 5 or 6 that gets bumped up to a 7 because of easy it is to fuck her
