Kinda? He’s not necessarily great but he’s pretty run of the mill for a CEO, just some guy who‘s probably there just to farm money from Niji and likely does very little decision making. Obviously he’d be better if he was more active, but I don’t know if I’d call him particularly evil in comparison to other CEO’s
