Anon. It's kayfabe. All the recordings for holofes are done. Most of them were probably done weeks or even months ago. There isn't any way that Cover is going to risk one of their biggest venues by recording and rendering the EN and ID performances a week before the concert. That would leave no time to fix things if anything went wrong.
They have to make sure all the mouth movements line up with the audio recordings, fix any placement or clipping errors, etc. Don't forget that haachama isn't in holofes this year even though she lives in Japan and has been back from her break for months. This stuff is done way in advance.

So when did Gura go to record her part? Who knows? But the others have clearly all been there to record theirs already.
It seems Ina and Kronii were there in Japan a few weeks ago. Ina specifically said that she was there to record for holofes.
