That's the thing, though. From what I've seen with other HoloPro graduations, there's allegedly an "open door" sort of offer or policy wherein a graduated talent can, if they so choose, return to the company whenever they want (allegedly).

Obviously, it's never been put into practice, so there's no indication that it's even a real thing. But it does make it less than impossible for (almost) anybody to return. M-maybe they'll let Mel come back after a year or two...
