A yakuzalike where you have to navigate and fight your way through a story of intrigue and plot twists in order to become the one true idol. Every character's lore is explored and included in this singular world with many npcs based on the locations specified in each hololive members backstory (Become a member of the houshou pirates, a bakery running plotline, etc). Vtuber simulator. You create your own vtuber in one of those autistically detailed character creators and join Hololive. You have to stream and make money. You get to pick what kind of streams you do (gaming, karaoke, zatsudan, whatever) and you have stats that determine how good you are at each of those things, all of which affects your revenue.
You get to meet and interact with the other Hololive members (let's just say they all live in the same neighborhood or even a huge dorm to make this simple). You can form friendships and do collabs, which can give you some stat buffs and/or debuffs. Like, being friends with Aqua will increase your gaming skills, so you make more money on your gaming streams, but will also decrease your social skills. Marine will make you hornier which will make you get more clips and viewers, but increases your chance of getting banned. Korone can increase your endurance so you can do longer streams. Etc.
Another feature could be having to manage your social media. You could go undercover on vt/5ch/whatever to see what rumors and narratives are being spun about you. Depending on how your collabs go, there could be rumors that you hate this senpai or whatever, which could cause them to actually starting disliking you and then you have to do something to win them back. Etc. There are lots of things that could be done with this concept.

My idea would have like a RPG or something that takes place in something like that newfangled Hololive Alternative thing they're planning. Or maybe like a musou or something. I don't know who could serve as an antagonist though that wouldn't be yab. That new Neptunia game does have literal antis as villains but it's a bit too on the nose. anybody else disappointed that actual vtubers are not playable in that game?

Story heavy turn based jrpg featuring holomyth. Haachama just wants to join HoloEN, but her english just isn't good enough. This gives her an inferiority complex, and feels she needs to prove herself constantly. She separates from haato's body, and fucks up the hololive universe. Myth has to travel around fixing shit. Ends with haachama realizing she doesn't need a holoEN label and will always be accepted by myth. Haato, feeling guilty, dragon suplexing haachama off a roof to pay for the damages to the world, promising to be better in the next life, ending in a double suicide.
