That's not how it works. The talents set their schedules, management then contact each other to confirm scheduling for promo and collab stuff. Pekora set the game schedule for stream first, Haachama decided to stream over her boring game. Over a year ago Pekora did the same thing to another member who was celebrating a milestone. The talents don't care that someone else is streaming at the same time as them. That's like getting upset a coworker is clocking in at the same shift as you.
