be crazy active on twitter and twitch at the same time, this is because natural growth on twitch is borderline impossible, you have to grow on other websites and bring those followers to twitch.
talk to other vtubers, probably see if you can fish some collabs, depending on how good at talking you are you can form part or create a small network of vtubers, and leech other people's followers.
use twitch's tool to make clips and post them online.
