Vivi isn't really "in the graduation queue" as such, more like "has already decided not to extend her contract by even one day, despite not yet being halfway through her contract". She'll graduate in August or September, with little regard as to what other liver(s) might be graduating that same month, and absolutely no regard whatsoever to the face Niji will lose by graduating two or more livers in the same calendar month.
Kunai will probably also decide to de-ass her chair at the end of her contract, since her agency buff turned into a Niji EN debuff. She might be waiting on a contract that gives her more benefit to being in Niji than being an indie, and will make her decision to leave once they fail her; she may not leave this summer, but she will almost certainly leave before the end of this year.

This isn't a big collab. It's a tourney. And most of these people won't even talk to each other. Sajam suggested a tournament like the sf6 ones with pros and holojp members. But nobody thought it'd be good so he started his own. So there's a bunch of talents who casually play the game with a few pros or really good players sprinkled in as coaches. I doubt lily will even talk to rosemi and Vivi as they are not coaches so at best they get put on the same team but I doubt it.
