Why won't chuubas stream on low latency so people can rewind the streams instead of waiting for the VODs?

Cover's trying to prevent clips and yabs. I only watch vods that I like. Never the readings. Never the live streams. No supacha from me.

I also only stream movies. Fuck theaters. Not being able to rewind is a violation of ADD-Americans' human rights. They can have my money when movies bring back intermissions.

YouTube is shit that can’t implement live rewind properly. Half the viewers will be out of sync and thus not counted for live viewers, the other half has to constantly set playback speed to x1.25 in order to catch up and the rest don’t notice the stream delay so they’re chatting and reacting to things that happened 10-30 seconds ago.
