I think in the long run, they'd ideally go for something like what Gura/Ayame is doing - way less streaming hours, become more of a mascot for advertising/partnership and make their money from that while passing the baton for the new gen to do the usual streaming stuff. They're nowhere near big enough for that yet though, both in size and popularity.

Like Mumei said though the best about Holo is that you have the freedom of a content creator but also the stability of working for a corpo, and Holo is lenient enough to have the likes of Moona or Haachama to take extended breaks and still welcome them when they come back.
