Because most vtubers are drawn in the anime artstyle, and the anime artstyle leans more towards prettyboy types when emphasizing attractiveness in men. There're exceptions to the rule of course, like Belmond Banderas, but I assume the general line of thought is that bishounen male vtubers will appeal more to female fujoshis, or whatever the equivalent of the male otakus who watch cute female vtubers is.
