Specifically with respect to Advent, I am not quite sure all of them are close friends or something, but Biboo has talked about their training in the past. She mentioned prior to the meeting she was scared to death and thinking "Please let them be people I can work with. Please let them be nice people." And then she said it turned out they were.

Advent was trained together as a unit and collabs every week. I think if they all secretly hated each other this would have stopped awhile ago. They might not be bestest friends ever but they clearly get along (and Biboo is obviously friends with Nerissa at the very least).

Now, with respect to Hololive more broadly, I have little doubt there's probably little cliques and people disliking each other behind the scenes (people always make jokes about Pekora and Miko, but I always found it strange how they barely ever interacted after that one collab a few years ago).

But regardless, the company almost certainly keeps a lid on things unlike Nijisanji. They are clearly run well enough that nobody runs roughshod over others the way it happens in Nijisanji.

Having Sora as the main figurehead with an army of hags as support probably helps a lot too. Prior to Rushia self destructing, the only two instances when something had the potential to destroy the "family" image of HoloJP was with Festival. The Luna one where she went menhera after Luna didn't acknowledge her song dedicated to her (this was preShubaLunaChocoTan too) and the other was when Haachama appeared on someone else's 3d live instead of hers. Both times the drama got immediately squashed with Matsuri having to publicly acknowledge that she was being a retard and her own matsurisus having to ask haatons and Luknights to not mind their menhera oshi. Compare that to when the whole Meiro and Roa thing happened and how the individual cliques from within NijiJP immediately started taking sides which ultimately resulted in Nijisanji losing both their fastest growing liver (at the time) and one of their mainstay talents.

TLDR; if you're starting a vtuber company, make sure to hire tons of hags. The cunnys can come in later.

Lapu's retardation is also something that exasperates Lui, but she publicly said it's her decision and she can't do much about it, so that's that.
PekoMiko is probably the weirdest one, but at the very least Miko has publicly said its because of mentally ill shippers not letting them collab with other girls, and they still seem to be on speaking terms since Miko actually encouraged Pekora during 2022's sportsfes.
They also put out a PekoMiko song that they both shilled.
They also often share thumbnails with each other as well, so behind the scenes I think they're pretty chill.
I feel like Pekora's become lot more "brand conscious" over time, which may be why she doesn't want to risk her current comfy life by going back to an old collab group.
I hope one day we can see them doing collabs again though, I feel like the shippers have mostly fucked off at this point.

Or one of the biggest on-stream disasters that was the Babadona talking stream where Marine talked about not being able to vibe with Subaru that well, and almost menhera'd the entire thing to ruin before Shuba tardwrangled her ass.

She knew that you don't get paid unless you get your own show, so she tried pitching stuff non-stop but they all got turned down.
