Like other anons said, Scarle has a small audience of dedicated fans so she's probably the one with the least to gain from staying in Niji (dedicated fans would follow her as an indie and Niji can't help her grow her fanbase anymore).

Rosemi also feels like she has one foot out the door at this point, which in turn might push Petra towards graduation. Likewise, an Elira graduation might also push Finana. A scenario where we have a full Lazusydia graduation would unironically be the final death of NijiEN.

If they are serious about cleaning up, they will need to get people to leave one way or another especially now the public has names and some want blood to flow before believing they can even support the company again. There's not really much Anycolor can do even if they do their own internal investigation as no one will trust them with their credibility in the toilet. The best way to do it is to hire a neutral third party to do the investigation, announce it as part of their shareholder meeting where they say this is how we are going to clean up the EN branch and get rid of people in one fell swoop. Even if it tanks the stock, it rips off the bandage all at once and is enough to stop shareholder pressure by assuring them their overseas expansion is still going according to plan since that is the only way the business is going to grow given Japan just lost their economic #3 seat to Germany and is in a recession and the yen is trash compared to other currencies. Her previous job was commission work as an artist but she can easily do that while being in Hololive if she wants.
She never seemed to have any issue with management or with co-workers.

If the rumors are true and multiple people have requested to graduate, then they must make a big announcement and just graduate a big chunk all at once and get it over it with one go. You can't keep people hostage for months with these kind of conditions, you risk more leaks and bad publicity from the livers.

But I don't see how this branch can be saved to be honest. All the good streamers have left already/don't stream (cause reasons), waiting to graduate. Just sack this whole thing, admit defeat and failure and promise to start over in the future when you actually have the staff to support a EN branch
