Kiara, Pomu's Holo oshi, literally talked about how she was heavily considering graduating from hololive in 2023. Ask yourself this. What exactly would she gain from hololive? Half the girls are so burned out that they take several months off per year because they feel drained by the company. Ame, someone who Pomu used to get compared to a lot due to her creative stuff, flat out doesn't even do creative stuff anymore because hololive stops her. The pointless hierarchy systems in place in Japanese companies are designed to wear you down. Everything she could get from Holo she'd get in vshojo+ more.

Ame actually used to do a lot of creative projects. She was responsible for a VR chat world and getting the first VR chat collabs and models done. She was also responsible for the first 3d collab in holoen because management refused to send them the equipment to do it.

She actually did have a creative spark to her but became burned out and bitter after having to deal with Japanese bureaucracy. Just about the only thing that pomu might join Holo for is the money but on the same page vshojo offers a better cut and it's not like she's going broke not streaming. We've been over this though. Holo, like Niji also had terrible EN management at the start but they managed to turn it around so far. Obviously there's always a chance for huge disasters in this industry but I think it's a very safe choice for pomu right now. Both vsj and holo are safe choices so it's really up to her. The one thing holo really has going for it is that the girls (from a viewer's perspective) seem to be pretty close with each other with zero inter-company drama, even across all branches, jp id and en get along quite well. In the end, as long as pomu feels safe and happy then I don't care where she goes.

Just about the only person in that company who actually goes out of their way to try to organize collabs and tries to meet up with people offline is Kiara. They don't ever really talk about watching movies together or anything like that. On the other hand, vshojo has people like Melody who have collabed before with Pomu and have spent time with her offline, matara who pomus met up with several times in Japan, Henya (pomus actual oshi) and even people like Geega get along with just about everyone.

You need to be retarded if you fail to realize that, regardless of intentions, that video is nothing but her former coworkers attacking her and shifting blame. They did this with Zaion and tried to so so again with Selen, but this time it backfired massively. So massively in fact, that this video which was meant as damage control needed a damage control statement. And again, the timing was oh so convenient; at that point in time despite the fact that Kurosanji itself said there was alleged bullying from talents to Selen, people still wished well to most of them. Then they went live with this video and that went out the fucking window - this released at the same time her first gaming stream went up, and again is just them attacking Selen. There is no way to spin this into thinking it was a well-thought out video, or that it was about Elira protecting her friends when there's maybe 20 seconds dedicated to that and the rest dedicated to shitting on Selen. I think livers and management agreed that livers needed to step up because even if management was reviled they weren't and fans would listen to them since they've been wishing them well throughout this whole thing, but that stopped the moment this video went out.

And listen, I know that obviously Selen is human and has faults and probably did fuck up with management or with how some of her comments may hurt others or perceiving innocuous comments as slights against her, but that doesn't justify a character assassination. There's two sides to every story, and regarding the MV I currently think that in the most technical of levels, yeah Selen probably didn't have all the autistic perms needed to release it. But putting myself on Selen's shoes: this is a project you've been wanting to do for over a year, that you funded and coordinated, that you've been trying to coordinate with management to verify that everything is good, but because of bureaucracy and again Japanese IP autism they constantly need to update perms if too much times passes or whatever, and compounding that with just managerial incompetence, I believe something like this happened:

It's clear that Nijisanji's responses were braced for potentially inflammatory statements by Selen. I think they did breach NDA because otherwise they wouldn't have convinced the three retards to read their obviously prepared statements to shit on Selen. There's little else that explains why every single official statement is Nijisanji trying to "go on the offensive" so to speak to beat Selen to the punch on certain things.
I imagine Selen documented her experiences, and among those documented experiences she mentioned favoritism (which Nijisanji itself will confirm is a thing if Luca isn't terminated), bullying/something she perceived as bullying probably tied to some off-collab or work related thing they did in Canada that she suffered at the hands of either Enna, Millie or Elira, a combination, or all three near where the three live. Assuming the retards that "run" management had the foresight to actually know that showing the livers such a document would be illegal, they may have paraphrased Selen's statement and presented the relevant information to Vox, Elira and Ike; perhaps to all NijiEN. I know NijiEN says they showed them "selected portions" that fall out of NDA, but I'm no legal expert and won't pretend to, but to me it makes sense that an entire document that Selen wished remained private and between lawyers was either shared with livers and thus broke NDA because I can't imagine how only "certain" sections would fall under NDA and others don't, or again, they paraphrased to avoid NDA but this seems stupid and just as legally damning.
But anyways, that aside, I think something like that happened to inform talents of what was going on. Selen's "let me graduate or I go public with this" was probably in regards to two things that NijiEN's ESL management didn't understand: 1, it is in regard to the fact that she feels she was bullied while in NijiEN and 2, that it was to the degree it drove her to attempt suicide several times. Nijisanji failed to disclose what really happened to Selen, and they probably thought Selen would do this:
