I could see them competing with Vshojo eventually. Vshojo CCV average is 2.5k-6k or so. Corps are as strong as their strongest talents when growing. So as long as the corp stays healthy and the talents keep a good dynamic then their strongest talents will drag the weakest up along with them.
Phase Connect in particular is hitting a good spot because their B and C-listers are starting to collab with a bunch of heavy hitters instead of only Pippa getting collabs. Pippa's on track to hitting S-tier if she can maintain her momentum.

Nobody is getting any funding other than AI and semiconductors in tech right now. Unlike Hololive and Anycolor, Fishman actually was honest and never pitched Phase Connect as a tech company during the bubble years and hence he was never able to get capital other than loans and what he already had access to.
Even if Fishman is able to get funding, the investors are going to demand changes that might not be amendable to the company so you would likely see more forced rules on seisoness and benefit cuts most likely. Unless the current opportunity of stealing NijiEN's 2nd place on Youtube is that enticing, I would say his concern should be mostly focused on how Phase JP is doing at the moment.
