Pika, Tomoshika, and Gyari did nothing to Monoe. Whatever she did she did it repeatedly, even after being asked to stop doing it. She was terminated with 0 claims apart from the fact that what she was doing was a big no no, and by not giving out any details everyone in the situation was protected. That's it.
Pika however did abandon Tomoshika Daimonji and Miuneru when she left for money.
