The odds of management getting heavily reworked is low. It absolutely should happen considering the amount of headaches that have been caused by just the EN branch recently, nevermind what possibly went down in Anycolor's other divisions, but it probably won't happen based on job salaries. Some anons have posted screencaps of Anycolor's recent job openings and they seem to pay out very little considering the amount of work you're responsible for, nevermind the requirements needed to get some of those jobs in the first place. It seems more like a place you start at to get your foot into Japan's entertainment industry instead of some place experienced hires would go to, so Anycolor's current issues won't be fixed unless they address that.
