Holos doesn't seem any faster or slower than an niji outside of Selen. Mumei, Ame, and Kiara have all aired grievances about manager incompetence and waiting weeks/months for stuff to go through, needing files resent multiple times because management messes something up, they themselves needing to send files repeatedly because management losing track of shit.
