Being dumb? Most of her mates are just as dumb as her, and they are total flops.

Maybe character design? Her design is more iconic than the others.
Mumei design is generic as fuck, her colors are not vibrant enough.
Fauna has green hair, but her default outfit looks like something out of genshin impact, generic as fuck.

Calliope has a more distinct design, but that is a copy of Megurine Luka.
Kira design is also distinct, but her face is a little meh.

A very simple concept of "I give what my fanbase wants. Nothing more, nothing less". This reduces risk of cancellation, mobbing, strong opinions or indirectly getting dragged into whatever internet brawls. She may seem docile, but her image handling is top notch. Which is why the main reason why she is unbeatable in any aspect of vtubing.

It's like what if you remove everything about modern women getting hung up on every virtue signalling campaigns, opinions that rarely matter, jealousy, social problem, trablism. And then you pump into her full of cute and funny energy, on a blank canvas of simple live2d model. This is the ultimate vtuber life form.
