There's actually a timeline where Elira is a bit more excusable than those two.

If back then, Niji was understaffed and there was no solution in sight because management just sucked, so Elira volunteered to fill the gaps for the good of the company, this is selfless and commendable. It's possible she initially did this with good intentions, but slowly realized how she could abuse the position to her advantage and became greedy and power-hungry. This at least makes her a little more sympathetic though because it means this at least started with good intentions and she simply lived long enough to become the villain, probably growing an ego as she became more important to the company and deciding that was reason enough to reward herself.

If the details about the rrat speculating about Enna and Millie's involvement are true, those two are just nepocunts granted power by Elira, and both immediately abused it.

Elira's real problem is that she's the single most difficult talent to excuse of any wrongdoing. She's definitely involved somehow. Only Vox pops up as much as she does, and a lot of that just has to do with him being a sex pest and not necessarily in relationship to the rrat.

My theory is a little different. Elira did help out with management out of good will and it stayed that way. You see this with her collabs with Selen at the time and those two really hit it off.

It wasn't until Enna and Millie joined NijiEN that things went to shit. It was extremely likely that Enna and Millie were abusing their long friendship with Elira to get things to go their way, especially given Enna and Millie's personalities. When Elira is in a collab with Enna and/or Millie, you can see Elira being a complete doormat to those two. The possibility of Enna and Millie just manipulating and corrupting Elira is just so damn high that over time, Elira just became that rotten herself.

The collabs with non-clique members got less and less. Elira secured all the merch deals for herself. And she eventually abused her power to have a hand in the termination of Zaion and Selen. Later, as Enna and Millie grew more in popularity, Elira tried to do by stiffling Selen's projects. People who were super loved like Pomu and Nina were also given shit.

I absolutely agree with you that she is the most difficult talent to accuse of wrongdoing because she made herself into the posterchild and face of NijiEN.
