The entire Zaion situation is pretty interesting.
When met with BS and things that didn't make sense, Zaion confronted it which led to her termination. She didn't lay down and let niji abuse her. But somehow Zaion standing up for herself was the wrong course of action to some people in the public. She was supposed to endure the BS like the other livers did for years before voicing anything.
