In the absence of any kind of definitive evidence from both sides, what we can use is Nijisanji's proven track record of incompetence and malice as attested to by other former livers, as well as their hilariously fumbled handling of this situation as evidence that, more likely then not, Nijisanji is in the wrong here. If there is evidence that they totally weren't bullying her, they're welcome to make use of screenshots of conversations amongst themselves that prove it, as they're clearly not averse to doing so.
