I guess that is part of why the GURRAT works so well, since bring in a humane, understandable motive that would explain the slow corruption. Just ignore. I have no horse in this race and couldn't care if Selen's reputation were murdered. A big part of why I wouldn't care is because Niji needs to realize that even if Selen's name is dragged through the mud, Niji itself has already done a fantastic job of proving Selen's accusations of horrible management and bullying correct. A company with good management does not release that statement, a company with good management does not blatantly give one talent 4x the merch deals of the others, and a company that doesn't bully doesn't obsess over Selen's reputation or schedule the statement to align with hers. The two are not mutually exclusive, so dragging Selen down with them does nothing to save their own reputation. They're delusional if they think the key to saving Niji's reputation is to bring down Selen.

The real key to salvaging Niji's reputation, at least in part, is if it becomes apparent NijiJP was kept in the dark and unaware of all kinds of corruption at NijiEN. This at least makes NijiJP a bit more forgivable and means they were only retarded enough to let it happen in the first place, but all of the flailing about, bullying and questionable decisions would be the fault of the problem children at EN.

Elira doesn't suspect him because he's a new member. Selen doesn't know who's part of the anti-faction so she tells everyone not to harass anyone. It's a huge game of among us. Pomu left after finding out about Selen's attempt but also the existence of the anti-Elira faction. This is the truth of NijiEN. Hex becomes the martyr/savior of NijiEN and devours vox's audience for bootlicking Elira to steal all his opportunities. Meloco is Hex's JP contact and shield so Elira can't bullshit his termination when she finds out.
