Guys, do you remember who was terminated before Zaion? Yugo. What connects Zaion and Yugo? They are both Japanese and they weren't part of Elira's clique.
From the ccv scolding leak we know that Yugo was contacting JP management directly, bypassing Elira. That might have been the real reason for his termination. From False we know they wanted to Zaion him but he lawyered up and left amicably.
It all clicks together.
Other Japanese speaking livers are Petra (but she's a huge Nijisanji fan and not a rebel, not sure if she's in the clique but she could definitely be whipped by Elira to be obedient) and Shu who is Elira's simp and nepo-hire. Elira wanted to have full control over communication between livers and higher ups. Yugo and Zaion weren't cooperating so she got rid of them.

Regardless of the veracity of any of these rrats, NijiEN is done. All it takes is for some of the livers to believe it, and they'll start cracking as a group even more.

I don't have the smallest of inklings whether Anycolor management will agree.
The PR managers that have been effectively tutoring us have been very kind and professional, I did not get the sense of impending doom, but it's clear the branch will be restructured once the personnel that Nijisanji is looking for gets hired and orientated.
